Terms and Conditions

We look forward to hosting you to Palacio De Amores. To ensure an enjoyable stay with us, we request your attention to the Terms & Conditions for staying at the property.

1. Check-in and Check-out Times 

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM

 Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and maintenance between guests.

2. Maximum Occupancy 

 The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. Additional guests are not permitted. Guests above the age of 5 will be traeted as Adults.

3. Smoking Policy 

 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

 Violations will result to fine of Rs.50000/-

4. Outside Footwear and Villa Chappals Policy 

 To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our luxury villa, we kindly request all guests to remove their outside footwear upon entering the premises. Villa chappals (slippers) are provided for your convenience and comfort. Please use them while inside the villa to ensure the cleanliness of our floors and carpets.

 Guests are responsible for any damages or stains caused by not adhering to this footwear policy. Thank you for helping us keep our villa clean and inviting for everyone!

5. Pet Policy 

 Pets are not allowed.

6. Noise and Disturbances 

 Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

7. Parties and Events 

 Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval from the villa management.

8. Pool and Spa Safety 

 Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool and spa.

 No diving or running around the pool area.

 Please shower before using the pool or spa to remove sunscreen, lotions, and oils.

9. Additional Guests or Visitors 

 Visitors are only allowed with prior approval from the villa management.

 Overnight stays by additional guests are strictly not permitted.

10. Damages and Breakages 

• Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.

 Please report any issues or damages to the villa management immediately.

11. Authorization for External Agency Calls 

 For your safety and convenience, only villa staff are authorized to contact external agencies, including Massage Therapist, Chefs, Mixologist, Emergency Services, maintenance, or other service providers.

 If you require any assistance or services, please notify the villa staff, and they will promptly assist you or make the necessary arrangements.

 Unauthorized calls to external agencies may result in additional charges or misunderstandings.

12. Environmental Responsibility 

 Please conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use.

 Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.

13. Compliance with Laws and Regulations 

 Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and villa policies during their stay

Note: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges, eviction with no liability, or forfeiture of the security deposit.
